Tasks
-Managing apprenticeships, graduate schemes and talent development programmes to ensure we nurture and grow talent from within. -Designing and delivering inspiring learning and development programmes that grow our people and leadership capability. -Supporting the delivery of our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Strategy and embedding inclusive practices throughout FCHO. -Leading on employee engagement initiatives and helping us measure what matters. -Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organisation.

What You Bring
-Understands the importance of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and demonstrates this in all areas of their work -Is confident building relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation and has strong business acumen. -Has experience of implementing staff surveys workshops and events -Has experience of measuring ROI and full evaluation programmes -Holds a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and/or a coaching qualification (Desirable) -Has experience in coaching, leadership development and talent management -Has significant experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning and development programmes -Has experience of working with psychometric tools.
