Tasks

-Entity management: draft basic corporate documentation/resolutions for the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of EMEA entities and keep them in good standing. -Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery. -Legal operations: owning processes for document routing from inception through to execution and database storage. -UK and EMEA CoSec work: filing registrations and confirmation statements in the UK. Working with local counsel to manage registrations, annual filings, capital registrations, KYC requirements, or similar across EMEA. -Corporate governance and support: managing a signing authority matrix, managing corporate governance document database, maintaining legal entity management software and entity org charts (hCue), and arranging execution of contracts and legalization of documents. Managing entity governance changes, such as a change of directors or a change of registered addresses. -Liaise internally: with other departments and global legal teams to provide legal support as necessary.

What You Bring

-Ideally, you have at least 2 years of paralegal or company secretarial experience in private practice and/or a similar in-house role providing corporate governance and company secretarial support. -Self-starter with the ability to multitask and problem-solve. -Academically, we are looking for someone with a law degree or other legal qualification, or who is an experienced corporate company secretary. However, a love of being compulsively organized is more vital. -Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
