Tasks
The Partnership Development Lead provides hands-on leadership for the company’s partnership outreach program. Responsible for supervising a small team, curating call lists, and driving KPIs, this role combines sales leadership with active participation in outreach efforts. -Monitor call quality and performance to ensure adherence to company standards. -Track and report KPIs to executive leadership. -Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 2–3 Partnership Development Specialists. -Partner with M&A leadership to ensure outreach aligns with acquisition strategy. -Support the team with call scripting, objection handling, and closing techniques. -Participate in outbound calling to high-value potential partners. -Develop targeted outreach lists in alignment with acquisition priorities. -Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve outreach techniques. -Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members as needed. -Establish and track clear performance metrics (daily calls, meetings booked, qualified leads). -Provide feedback to improve lead quality and sales processes. -Occasional travel for team meetings, industry events, or partner visits.

What You Bring
-Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or similar). -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Minimum 3–5 years of business development, outbound sales, or partnership acquisition experience. -At least 1 year in a team leadership, coaching, or supervisory role. -Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted. -Standard office environment; in-office presence required Monday–Friday. -Self-motivated and able to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.

Benefits
