Tasks

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and implement campaigns, activations, and programs that elevate the Stockland brand and enhance the customer journey. -Mentor and support Marketing Executives. -Design and deliver multi-centre and local campaigns tailored to key customer segments and areas of opportunity. -Lead community relations initiatives including events and sponsorships. -Identify and manage risks associated with marketing initiatives. -Build strategic stakeholder relationships across assets and within local communities. -Assist in budget allocation, forecasting, and management of centre marketing and overhead budgets. -Manage agency relationships, including briefing and rollout of creative work. -Support PR strategy execution and contribute content for marketing communications. -Integrate customer and retailer insights into marketing strategies and activations. -Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to asset-level marketing plans and business objectives.

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager – Experience & Engagement to join our Retail Town Centre team within the Customer & Digital division. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience across our Destination Centres, driving engagement through innovative marketing campaigns that deliver commercial outcomes and strengthen community connections. You thrive in environments where creativity meets strategy. You’re driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customer engagement and community connection, and you’re excited to contribute to a team that values excellence, accountability, and collaboration. -Adaptive and collaborative, with the ability to work autonomously. -Experience within a property, real estate, hotel or entrepreneurial based environment -Ability to diagnose customer pain points and implement strategic responses. -Proven experience in traditional marketing management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. -Commercially astute and able to prioritise effectively. -Strong understanding of customer insights, integrated communications, and campaign performance optimisation. -Skilled in data analysis and insight sharing to inform decision-making.
