We are currently seeking a Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor with strong leadership and technical capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pre-contract activities, leading a team, and ensuring accurate pricing and cost estimation for various projects. -Strong leadership and communication skills -At least 7 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor -MRICS qualification is preferred -Client-facing experience is highly desirable -Excellent knowledge of pricing and cost estimation methodologies -Proficiency in Cost X is essential -Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
