Tasks

-Implement DevOps/DataOps best practices for Profisee deployment and configuration management, including Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines. -Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure MDM solutions align with governance policies and business outcomes. -Design and maintain MDM data models, domains, hierarchies, match/merge rules, and survivorship strategies to ensure trusted golden records. -Develop POCs and prototypes to evaluate and implement emerging MDM and governance capabilities in Azure and Profisee SaaS. -Partner with Data Governance teams to implement standards for data quality, lineage, and metadata using Profisee and Azure Purview. -Configure and administer Profisee, including security roles, user provisioning, and platform performance optimization. -Define and maintain reusable configuration patterns for data quality rules, stewardship workflows, and integration logic. -Create detailed technical and governance documentation and promote collaboration across data engineering, governance, and analytics teams. -Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support for data stewards and business users to ensure effective stewardship processes. -Develop scalable, high-performance integration solutions with Azure Data Factory, Synapse/Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI. -Lead the architecture, implementation, and administration of Profisee MDM within a modern, cloud-native and on-prem data ecosystem. -Conduct architectural reviews, performance tuning, and system reliability initiatives to support enterprise-scale MDM adoption.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field. -Strong understanding of data governance, master data concepts (golden record, survivorship, match/merge), and stewardship workflows. -6+ years of progressive experience in data management, governance, or MDM, with at least 3+ years in Profisee MDM design and administration. -Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). -Proven experience designing and deploying MDM platforms (Profisee preferred, others such as Informatica, Reltio, or SAP MDG considered). -Experience with platform administration, including security, authentication (AD/Azure AD), and system performance monitoring. -Industry experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or other data-intensive operational environments. -Working knowledge of DevOps practices and automation frameworks, including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code. -Proficiency in SQL, Python, or .NET for scripting and automation in MDM solutions. -Knowledge of modern data architecture patterns (data fabric, data mesh, data lakehouse). -Relevant certifications such as Profisee MDM, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, or TOGAF. -Deep hands-on expertise with Azure ecosystem: Data Factory, Synapse/Fabric, Purview, Databricks, and SQL-based data integration.
