Tasks

-Interface with clients, personnel, and subcontractors -Perform basic cathodic protection calculations (anode mass, number, size, location) for subsea. -Lead the development of inspection work packs; -Participate in studies regarding Risk Based Inspection and fitness assessment of pressurized equipment; -Perform, lead and support corrosion assessments and corrosion modelling; -Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines for resolution of integrity related concerns; -Provide materials and corrosion related expertise and recommendations. -Produce material selection designs/reports. -Write technical reports based on assessments, calculations, and inspections; -Produce engineering calculations based on engineering concepts and API/ASME standards; -Liaise with specialized engineering disciplines to execute the integrity program and to resolve integrity related concerns; -Perform QA/QC checks and review material and corrosion related work. -Lead the Implementation of RBI commercial software;

What You Bring

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Proficiency with integrity management databases preferred. -Proficiency with GE Vernova APM (formerly Meridium) preferred -Willingness to develop a wide range of skills and flexibility to work on a variety of projects. -Strong report writing experience preferred. -Proficiency with corrosion modeling programs preferred. -Bachelor of Engineering degree (or greater); Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Petroleum or related specialty required; -Compliance with the company’s Quality and HSE policies; -3+ years of experience as corrosion/materials engineer in oil and gas required.
