Tasks
-Other Duties: Reconcile Credit Card statements, Vendor statements and other tasks as needed -Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve AR processes and optimize workflows -Manage collections of all AR for assigned location(s) -Billing Processing: Ensuring accurate and timely invoices, including preparing and processing checks, electronic payments, and reconciliations -Supervising and Guiding AR Staff: Leading, mentoring, and training accounts receivable staff, assigning tasks, and managing workload -Billing Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving payment discrepancies, and addressing client issues -Internal Controls: Maintaining the integrity of internal controls to prevent fraud and errors -Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies -Financial Reporting: Preparing and evaluating accounting reports and identifying trends

What You Bring
-Basic understanding of GAAP as related to AR -Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR procedures. -Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems. NetSuite, and Ramp experience is a plus -Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. -Experience in driving process improvement in a heavy growth environment -Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on accounts receivable transaction processing experience. -Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint) -Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer -Ability to work in a fast-paced growth stage environment -Strong organizational skills and high-level of detail orientation required to maintain and submit all necessary documentation and meet deadlines and requirements -Effective verbal and written communication -Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, or equivalent in a related discipline is a plus
