Overview

Assist Service Inspectors with surveys, maintenance, repairs and reporting while ensuring high customer service standards.

Tasks

-Support the preparation, production, and distribution of inspection reports in a professional and timely manner. -Assist Service Inspectors with surveys, inspections, maintenance, and repairs. -Ensure high customer service standards are consistently met. -Accurately input and maintain data using operational systems. -Maintain technical and safety standards as guided by the Service Inspector.

What You Bring

-Good computer literacy, with strong written and verbal communication skills. -Previous exposure to commercial cranes, lifting devices, or material handling equipment (advantageous, but not essential). -Solid understanding of health and safety practices. -Full, clean driving licence and own transport preferred. -EUSR Water Hygiene Card, CSCS card, and Manual Handling certification are advantageous (training provided if not held). -Experience in utilities preferred, but not essential. -Practical experience in a maintenance, installation, or servicing environment.
