Tasks

-Checking vehicle checks/vehicle locks etc -Liaise with subcontractors and training regarding certifications and compliance certificates/subcontractor starter packs etc -Chasing invoices from suppliers/supply chain when required for SDF -Support managers with TotalMobile and contract compliance measures. -Downloading completed job packs from total mobile and keeping CDM files up to date/checking on site paperwork’s has been correctly carried out -Purchasing and hiring, including kit requests from teams
