On-site presence is required, with regular travel to customer facilities for audits, reviews, and support. -Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience preferred. -Proven leadership, supervisory, and coaching skills with the ability to hold teams accountable in a constructive way. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. -Willingness to travel 25% and work in poultry processing facilities while adhering to PPE and safety requirements. -5–7 years of experience in the food processing or packaging industry, ideally with customer-facing or project management responsibilities. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. -Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and cloud-based service management tools.
