Manage supplier quality for incoming castings, machined parts, and electrical components.

Tasks
-You will carry SAP QM Module transactions like, Quality info records, inspection lots, Usage decisions, Defect recording, vendor notifications and its closure and green channel / skip lot implementation. -You will be responsible for supplier reports verification and release of parts from suppliers after report approval. -You will be representing a team incoming inspector to schedule inspection, guide team to complete day to day inspection lots., Supplier performance monitoring and communication to suppliers. -You will be responsible for carrying out continuous process improvements in quality incoming with digitalization tools. -You will be responsible for supporting completing different commodity part FAI’s, defining series inspection strategies. -You will carry out supplier audits / process surveys and root cause analyses at suppliers & drive CAPA at supplier end, thus ensuring process and product quality. -You will participate in the qualification of suppliers and supplier development. -As a Supplier Quality engineer, you ensure that the quality of supply from our local as well as global suppliers meets the specification requirements. -You are responsible for different KPI’s of SFR,SIR, Shop complaint closure

What You Bring
-Overall experience between 7 to 12 years. -You have successfully completed a Bachelors / Master's degree in engineering and have initial professional experience in the welding, plating, riveting, insulation techniques, and electrical components like magnetics, capacitors, cables etc.. -You are experienced in the practical application and implementation of supplier audits (VDA 6.3), supplier development, problem-solving processes such as 8D as well as opportunity and risk management processes. -You are confident in dealing with SAP/R3 and the common MS Office applications. Knowledge of Teamcenter is an advantage, but not a must. -If you are willing to travel for business purposes (approx. 50 %) and have business fluent English skills, then we look forward to receiving your application. -We can rely on your experience in quality incoming.
