Tasks

-Maintain detailed construction schedules and actively update Gantt charts, ensuring clarity across stakeholders -Coordinate permitting, inspections, contractor schedules, and site mobilization -Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and contractor check-ins to ensure adherence to design intent and client expectations -Oversee installation of custom infrastructure, including utilities, modular systems, marine works, pools, and landscape features? -Track and report on budgets, identify scope changes, and drive issue resolution when delays or risks emerge -Drive project momentum across varying jurisdictions, climates, and logistical conditions -Develop and distribute updates including progress photos, task completions, and risk flags -Manage multiple, concurrent construction projects across residential and off-grid settings -Interface with high-end clients and their representatives with discretion, professionalism, and clarity
