Tasks

-Recommend and implement improvements for faster service turnaround and reduced rework. -Apply Quality Tools & Methodologies -Analyze customer complaints, service failures, and escalation data. -Identify bottlenecks, delays, and errors in operations -Conduct gap analysis between defined processes and actual practices. -Ensure decisions are data-driven, not assumption-based. -Ensure company quality standards across service -Adhere to SOPs & workflows -Support audits and compliance reviews by providing process and performance evidence. -Map end-to-end field service processes

What You Bring

-Exposure to smart metering / utilities / service industry preferred. -Knowledge of process mapping, process analysis, and improvement techniques in service environments. -Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement -Data analysis skills -B.Tech. (Electrical / Electronics/CS) -Strong command of Quality Tools -2–5 years’ experience in Quality / Process Excellence / Service Operations. -Ability to analyze quality metrics. -Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred. -Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. -Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
