Tasks

-Support brand and culture alignment initiatives, ensuring that workplace identity and employee experiences embody Qiddiya cultural DNA -Collaborate with HR and IT to leverage employee engagement data and digital feedback systems in shaping human-centered workplace solutions -Partner with Workplace Effectiveness and Space Planning Leads to integrate employee insights into planning, forecasting, and office design decisions -Define and implement consistent experience, design, and service standards across all workplace locations, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya purpose and values -Drive design and service uplift initiatives that elevate daily employee experiences - including space comfort, usability, amenities, and service responsiveness -Work closely with suppliers, designers, and consultants to ensure consistent delivery of Qiddiya workplace design and experience standards -Oversee the structured consolidation of sub-standard offices into cohesive, high-performing workplace environments -Lead Qiddiya end-to-end Workplace Experience Strategy, ensuring alignment between workplace design, employee engagement, and organizational culture -Champion the design principles and experience framework for Qiddiya future headquarters in Qiddiya City, ensuring the workplace reflects the transition from builder to operator -Develop and monitor KPIs related to employee satisfaction, workplace utilization, and service quality, reporting progress to senior leadership

What You Bring

-Proven track record leading transformation of workplace environments measuring improved engagement, productivity, and employee satisfaction -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field -10+ years' experience in workplace experience, corporate real estate, or hospitality design, ideally within large-scale or multinational organizations
