Oversee contract lifecycle, draft documents, manage reports and supplier relations in procurement.

Tasks

-Provide administrative and coordination support across procurement and commercial functions -Collaborate with Finance to ensure all eligible rebates are tracked, claimed, and reported. -Identify and implement improvements to contract management processes, tools, and templates -Draft, review, and finalise a range of commercial documents including contracts, variations, confidentiality agreements, and termination letters. -Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and trackers (e.g., spend analysis, rebate tracking, contract status). -Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring terms, conditions, and obligations are clearly understood and met.
