Tasks

-Support the development of a Procurement Data Warehouse and automation of recurring reporting processes. -Collaborate with IT and data teams to optimize data models and connections between systems. -Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reports and dashboards. -Integrate data from various systems (e.g., ERP, procurement platforms, supplier databases) to build a centralized reporting ecosystem. -Work with global and regional stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver standardized, automated dashboards. -Analyze trends and variances in procurement data to support strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and compliance improvement. -Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize Procurement KPIs, spend, compliance, and other performance metrics.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -The ability to build relationships and trust, so your business colleagues see you as their partner, focusing on creating value for the business. -The ability to understand and navigate a complex, relationship-based matrix organization to achieve key objectives. -Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization design). -Understand end-to-end procurement processes (PR–PO cycle, sourcing, supplier management, etc.) to translate business needs into data insights. -Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Strong understanding of Procurement processes and operations. -Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and integration. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with global teams. -Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach to solving problems. -Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Hands-on experience in data integration and system mapping across multiple platforms. -1-3 years of experience in Procurement Analytics, Data Analytics, or related roles.
