Overview

Assist warehouse operations, manage inventory, receive/ship materials for HVAC projects.

Tasks

-Collaborate with team members and project managers to fulfill material requests and resolve discrepancies. -Organize and prioritize the storage of materials and equipment. -Assist in regular warehouse audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. -Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. -Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. -Prepare and package items for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to project sites. -Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels as needed. -Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent. -1+ year experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. -Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification not required) -Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. -Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
