-Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment, with a focus on quality and efficiency. -Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. -Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents. -Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture. -Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets to deliver high standards within financial guidelines.

What You Bring

-Have hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies. -Hold a current “C” Class manual driver’s licence. -Understand the importance of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools, and machinery to maintain a secure work environment. -Are comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain and conditions. -Are proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a team-first attitude.
