Tasks

-Lead and mentor junior-level engineers and other team members to aid in their development -Serve as a technical specialist for the organization in the application of advanced concepts, principles, and methods -Serve as a project manager with responsibility for wastewater, drinking water, and storm water projects -Review operational practices to ensure compliance with applicable policies and performance measures -Apply knowledge acquired through progressive experience to resolve crucial issues and/or unique conditions -Work with discipline and regional leadership to grow the Water Resources team and service line in the Central Illinois region. -Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, building new opportunities for business development

What You Bring

-12+ years of experience in this discipline -Experience with project management and accounting software -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Extensive experience managing and designing wastewater, drinking water, and/or stormwater projects -Ability to work individually or as part of a team -Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering -Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
