Assist with treasury, loan, reporting and audit tasks for listed REITs.

Tasks

-Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT -Assist with year-end audit confirmations to banks -Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly -Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system -Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board
