The Role

Overview

Lead a crew of civil technicians in wireless construction, handling equipment, plans, and safety.

Tasks

-Hire, train, and support new crew members; -Interpret construction drawings/blueprints, and job orders as needed; -Ensure the job is completed on time and within the budget; -Record all crew performance and perform daily/weekly reports. -Leading a crew of 3-4 civil technicians; -Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained;

What You Bring

-At least 1 year of Civil Foreman or similar roles experience; -A valid, unrestricted Driver’s License; -Ability to travel for work to different job sites within the region; -Good understanding of basic electrical codes/standards in the wireless industry; -At least 2-5 years of Civil Construction experience; -Ability to interpret and understand the scope of work for Civil/Electrical projects; -Experience in concrete work, driving heavy machinery like excavators, loaders, etc. -Understand and adhere to all digging laws, overall team captain; -Electrical license/certifications are a plus.
