  • Experience working with a large multi-disciplinary team.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or equivalent is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, pressure environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical leadership or design roles on large-scale transit or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural design, construction methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience working on large, complex infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience managing design teams and delivering structural designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM platforms) and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of design agreement and client contracts.
