Engineering Project Management: Create detailed project plans, work schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation strategies. Review or create technical designs, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Communication: Collaborate with management, contractors, and team members to provide project updates, communicate concerns, and manage expectations.
Financial Oversight: Monitor project progress against budget and timelines, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Project Implementation: Visit project sites to monitor construction activities, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Analyze technical challenges and develop solutions to overcome obstacles.

3+ years of Engineering or Technical Consulting experience on large capital projects.
Must be a self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand standard engineering documentation.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude. Machinery design experience a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively to share, accept, and implement new ideas.
PMP Certification or the ability to obtain.
4 Year Bachelor’s degree, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
