Tasks

This is a contract on-site role located in Dallas, TX for a Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of MEP projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. The role will also involve coordinating with subcontractors, managing submittals, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with other project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field -Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX -Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control -Experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), including Plumbing -***Healthcare Construction experience is a must**** -Excellent organizational and communication skills -Strong Project Management skills, with experience in managing submittals -Professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus -Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP project management
