Tasks

Responsible for efficiently unpacking, organizing, and managing raw materials to ensure their availability for production. This role ensures accurate material handling, timely delivery, and compliance with quality and safety standards to support smooth production operations. -Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines when handling materials, ensuring that proper lifting techniques and safety measures are followed to prevent accidents or damage. -Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. -Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. -Maintain accurate records of materials received, including updating stock levels, tracking material usage, and ensuring that materials are available when required. -Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. -Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. -Monitor stock levels of frequently used materials and notify the relevant department when restocking is required. -Sort, label, and organize raw materials in designated storage areas to ensure easy access and swift delivery to the production lines as needed. -Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. -Receive and unpack raw material shipments, ensuring that materials are accurately identified and checked for quality and quantity. -Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. -Collaborate with production line managers and operators to ensure that the materials required for production are prepared and available in a timely manner. -Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. -Keep the material storage areas and workstations tidy and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. -Conduct visual inspections of materials for any defects or damage during unpacking and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. -Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
