Perform drain cleaning, repair, surveys using high‑pressure jetting and provide 24/7 support.

Tasks

-Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times -Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains -Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards -Carrying out surveys -Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.

What You Bring

-Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge -Full UK driving licence -Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications -Surveying experience -Must live in the Cheltenham area -Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic & commercial drainage -High pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience
