The Role

Overview

Maintain, repair and inspect modular welfare units for hire operations.

Tasks

-Record all UCS Out sheets and UCS In sheets. -Perform all six-month towing inspections. -Prepare all welfare units for hire -Attend to any breakdowns providing swift and efficient repairs. -Adhere to the asset quality preparation guide. -Perform diagnostics/ resolutions to call outs over the phone with customers, prior to site visits. -Complete all breakdown reports through the works order form, identifying chargeable breakdowns to customers.

What You Bring

-Presentable with an excellent customer service attitude -Experience in site accommodation hire, installation and maintenance would be extremely beneficial to this role. -Experience in cabin fitting would be a distinct advantage -Experience in a similar role -This position would suit an all-rounder who can turn their hand to most jobs -Skills in plumbing, joinery and electrics (would suit a handyman/woman) -The ideal candidate will be adaptable and organised with a keen attitude -First Aid certification -Must be self motivated with good DIY skillls and the ability to work in a team or on own initiative
