Tasks

-Administer municipal inspection process -Transfer and Assign order to appropriate Job Owner -Collection Process active collections and collection arraignments -Process Web/Email/Right Fax orders associated with initial connection orders -Issue/Reissue field orders -Maintain Multi Meter Sets/Connects -Issue emergency ESR; (Electric service request) -Issue Gas/Electric Emergency Outage Orders -Review, assign and add documentation in STORMS and CSS applications -Account Initiation document review process -Perform FACTA (Fair accurate credit transactions act) requirements; -Apply the prescribed company standards guides, specifications practices and procedures; -Send all applicable forms and literature to process customer requests -Process ESR’ GSR requests -Process New/Upgrade/ Demolition/ Relocation of electric and gas services -Update/review customer information -Establish Service Representative 1A shall progress to Establish Service Representative 1B in 6 months -Triage contractor calls; -Utilize Company information systems to triage, track and update activities -Set up premise for initial connection orders -Establish Service Representative 1B shall post and bid to Establish Service Representative 2 -Speak to electric and gas trade allies (contractors)
