Lead facilities coordinator overseeing staff, suppliers and client services at a London office.

Tasks

-Monitor and coordinate the supplier team. -Management of Anabas staff on site. -Oversee budgets and client financial tracking -Deal with reactive situations and manage incident reports as necessary. -Work closely with the on-site teams to ensure all aspects of performance targets are met and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in a safe manner. -Coordinate VIP visitors and Events -Ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery. -Manage all P&L matters relating to the client contract, billing model and ACW works. -Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes; implementing change as required. -Ensure customer service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered -Ensure operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on site.
