The Role

Overview

Drive home sales, guide buyers from enquiry to handover, hitting reservation targets.

Tasks

-Secure reservations, exchanges and completions in line with monthly targets -Liaise with construction and site teams to ensure homes are ready for completion -Maintain accurate customer records using Sales Seek, YourKeys and other systems -Follow up leads and qualify customer needs and affordability -Stay informed on local market trends and competitor schemes -Guide buyers through the Hill Customer Journey from enquiry to handover -Manage contracts, reservation paperwork and AML compliance -Support site launches, marketing events and promotional activity -Promote our recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to support exchanges -Conduct home demonstrations and key handovers

What You Bring

-Experience in new home or property sales -Understanding of the conveyancing process and mortgage milestones -Compliance awareness and a commitment to delivering NHBC / HBF Five Star service -Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools -Strong customer service and communication skills -Comfortable working independently and in a team -Excellent organisation and ability to work to deadlines
