Tasks

-Submitting invoices to AP for processing -Quarterly audits to support yearly outcome -Maintains technical project documentation -Processes purchase requests orders through SAP -Facilitating project objectives and their KPI’s -Managing office supplies -Coordination meetings on different topics -Maintenance of tracking tool for change orders -Coordination with SOV’s and end user -Creation of NCR’s -Observes safety and security procedures; Uses equipment and materials properly -Conducts weekly accounts payable/ receivable meetings with PM’s as required -Efficiently identifying and solving project issues as required -Assistance with Sales department on preparation of bids -Coordination of payment receipts

-Knowledge of SAP different modules -Strong organizational and customer service skills -Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity -Communication skills to interact professionally with other parties -Ability to work collaboratively -MS Office Suite -Textura support -Minimum 2-3 years of job experience in office environments -Experience in startup situations would be preferred but is not mandatory -Certified Payroll tracking -Experience in research environment would be preferred but is not mandatory -Bachelor’s degree in technical or business studies or equivalent experience preferred
