-Overseeing tenancy renewals, maintenance issues, and contractor relationships -Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Essex -Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and best practices -Leading and mentoring a small team of Property Managers -Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants -Manage a high-quality portfolio in desirable Essex postcodes -Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
