Overview
Lead engineering team to drive R&D, tech adoption, and capital projects for wood treatment operations

Tasks
-Lead and develop a team of Senior and Junior Project Engineers supporting multiple facilities across North America, including Canada. -Drive execution of engineering design, budgeting, permitting, and construction for major capital projects. -Ensure compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and internal policies. -Collaborate with procurement, safety, and operations to deliver efficient project execution. -Evaluate and drive research & development, technology adoption, and process improvements across treatment plants and operations—including automation, robotics, and emerging technologies. -Partner and coordinate with the PMO leader to ensure engineering scopes align with business goals and support the successful delivery of projects. -Implement standard engineering practices and documentation controls. -Serve as technical SME in support of operational and strategic innovation initiatives.

What You Bring
-Proven ability to manage teams and interface across departments. -Master's Degree preferred -Ability to purchase Company stock -10+ years in engineering roles, with 5+ years of engineering project leadership or PMO experience. -Excellent communication, documentation, and project reporting skills. -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical preferred) -Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus
