  • Guide and mentor a team of developers, enforcing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities
  • Manage and modernize legacy systems, ensuring stability while planning and executing migration strategies.
  • Document technical specifications, measure performance index by setting up the metrics
  • Drive platform scalability, security, and performance improvements.
  • Oversee API frameworks and ensure interoperability across products and services
  • Lead the end-to-end development of platform architecture, services, and integrations

  • Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information systems, computer science, engineering or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in backend frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and APIs.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, Cloud or enterprise system building
  • Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • 5+ experience in the solar or clean energy industry
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • 7-10 years of work experience (or equivalent combination of education) with a proven track record in platform or software development with leadership responsibilities
  • Proficiency in development tools, GitHub/Gitlab/Jira/confluence/AWS/Azure/Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform/etc
  • Strong analytical skills (structured and data-driven approach)
  • Hands-on experience managing, integrating, and migrating legacy systems.
  • 5+ years of product development/management experience, especially around customer /partner facing products under Salesforce / Microsoft environment
  • Modern backend languages and frameworks, Testing & QA, Database & tools
