  • Integrate cost, resources, and schedule data to support project planning and controls.
  • Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather input and update schedules.
  • Support change management by analyzing schedule impacts of scope changes.
  • Ensure schedule compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Generate and present schedule reports, look-aheads, and recovery plans.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 in a construction environment
  • Based in Houston, TX, and willing to work on-site in Northwest Texas (Midland–Lubbock region) for approximately 2 years, preferred
  • Experience with resource and cost loading in P6
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and update complex, multi-phase project schedules
  • Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and project controls, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field – or equivalent experience
  • Experience with other tools such as MS Project, Procore, or SAP, preferred
  • Experience in oil & gas, infrastructure, or data center projects, preferred
  • Must be able to be on-site at project location for duration of work (estimated Aug 2027)
  • Proficient understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and project controls
  • PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), PMP, or similar certifications, preferred
  • Your choice of PPO, HSA, FSA
