Tasks

-Ensure highest quality standards in accordance with local and international standards. -Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in an efficient and professional manner. -Keep abreast of key trends and developments in real estate regionally and globally in order to provide an informed opinion. -Provide high quality, user-friendly and value for money service. -Promote Knight Frank at all relevant opportunities, whether through business encounters or social interactions, by showcasing Knight Frank as a leading authority in the industry and positioning it as the preferred consultancy for prospective and existing Clients. -Liaise with other internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports. Cross sell opportunities into regional and global teams. -Source and update secondary data. -Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership. -Maintain and update internal databases. -Create and maintain accurate, orderly and up-to-date files and records, including computer files. -Contribute to business development where possible and attend networking events. -Conduct primary market research where required as critical inputs to project work. -Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Education, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. -Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. -Minimum 2 years’ experience in property development or consultancy desired, with a solid understanding of the real estate markets. -Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic, written and verbal, is advantageous. -Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. -Understand and appreciate UAE macro-economics and drivers of development strategies and real estate sector growth. -Ability to work flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects. -Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report writing skills. -Certifications and Licenses: MRICS desired but not essential. -Strong quantitative and analytical skills. -Ability to take initiative and work proactively. -Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to work through periods of high workload. -Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel required. -The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems). -Understanding of regional business culture and regulations. -Strong team player with the ability to build relationships. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
