Tasks

-Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes. -Engages with customers or clients and provides department services, research and/or sales. -Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship. -Assists in creating performance reports, office tasking, evaluating documents and performing additional tasks assigned by manager. -May be focused in one department or may rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.

What You Bring

-Prior industry experience is preferred -Verbal communication -Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. -Preferred In 3rd or 4th year of college program -1st or 2nd year student may be considered if degree is directly related -May learns and become proficient on internal systems.
