Tasks

-Mentor and coach technicians to develop technical skills, confidence, and leadership capabilities. -Evaluate training effectiveness and technician performance, and recommend improvements based on feedback and operational outcomes. -DI Water, Process Cooling Water, and Waste Treatment systems -Partner with engineering, operations, and safety teams to align training content with current systems, regulatory requirements, and company policies. -Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, uptime, and energy efficiency. -Develop, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs for Facilities and Utility teams, focusing on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of key utility systems such as: -Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions to ensure consistent understanding of equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety standards. -Create and maintain accurate training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and visual work instructions.
