Tasks

-Community Building: Foster a sense of community by organising and supporting resident events. -Show Rounds: Conduct tours of our properties, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits. -Marketing Support: Participate in open houses, community events, and promotional activities. -Leasing Process Management: Guide potential tenants through the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing and move-in. -Documentation: Prepare and manage leasing documents, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. -Tenant Screening: Conduct background and reference checks to ensure a high-quality tenant base. -Reporting: Capture weekly activity through reporting on occupancy, viewings, deals and all things leasing -Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues for prospective and current residents. -Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings, collating this information in monthly reporting

What You Bring

-Strong administration skills. -Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed. -Understanding of client expectations, and ability to discuss on weekly calls as needed. -Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. -Self-starter with the ability to work to targets. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Knowledge of fair housing laws and local rental regulations. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
