Tasks

-Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement correction actions as required. Conduct accident investigations as needed. -Motivate others to achieve objectives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.). -Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. -Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information. -Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility. -Keep daily job journal detailing actual events. -Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation is also required. -Highly customer-service oriented & a team player; ability to create new and maintain current customers. -Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2-4 years’ experience preferred. -High School Diploma or GED required. -7 years prior experience in electrical construction in DOD, healthcare, industrial or premiere commercial is needed. -Ability to manage risk & profitability successfully. -Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E.
