-Operationalize vision into actionable initiatives and distill sophisticated topics into executive-ready insights for informed decision-making -Prepare and present materials for top management to ensure informed decision-making -Support the development and execution of IT strategies aligned with the organization's strategic objectives -Assist in structuring deliverables and prioritizing actionable insights for strategy execution management -Foster strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure stakeholder needs are effectively addressed -Support the orchestration of the OKR process to implement the IT strategy and ensure alignment and tracking of strategic objectives within the organization -Develop and implement change management strategies and communication concepts to support the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization -Design and implement IT Target Operating Models to enable efficient collaboration across Siemens Business Units and internally within Siemens Mobility

What You Bring

-Familiarity with change management practices and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with team members and collaborators at various levels -Experience in designing and implementing IT Target Operating Models -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill sophisticated information into clear, actionable insights -Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies -Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and risk management practices is a plus -Experience in IT transformation, IT strategy execution, or related fields -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field -Experience in creating materials for executive presentations and decision-making support -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities optimally
