Tasks

-Instructsemployeesintheuseofsystems.Establishesandcoordinates alarm codes and keeps a record of those having access to such codes. -Assists with security assessments, technology upgrades, product selections,testing,fieldverificationofsystemsandinspectionofworkin progress for compliance with applicable regulations and standards. -Assistwith3rdpartysecuritysystemsintegrationandsoftwareupdates and helps train other personnel in the use of these systems. -Maintainsinventoryofessentialpartsandequipmenttoensurerepairs and installations in a timely manner. -Comply with company drug and alcohol policy. -Assistswithissuing,assigning,andremovingaccessrightsforaccess control cards (PIV, non-PIV, visitor, etc.). -Ensuremonitoringandtimelyresolutionofserviceandrepairissues. Maintains appropriate records as required.

What You Bring

-Knowledgeofothersecuritydisciplinesandtheirrelationshiptothe electronic and physicalsecurity programto respond to and troubleshoot system problems. -CSEIP (Certified Systems Engineer ICAM PACS) Certified preferred, or MUST be able to obtain within 90 days of hire. -Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. -Demonstratetheabilitytoexerciseconsiderablejudgementand initiative. -Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen. -Makesureequipmentisupdatedandoperational,meetingrequired local, state, federal, and ADA requirements. -Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate’s start date. -Knowledge and experience of compliance with industry standards, policies, and guidelines such as: physical and electronic security; access and key control; HSPD; NIST SP; FICAM; OMB; and ISC. -Requires a Top-Secret clearance. -Demonstratetheabilitytoeffectivelycommunicatebothinwritingand verbally. -Demonstratetheabilitytocomprehendtechnicallanguage,read,and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
