Tasks

-Monitoring safety and quality during erection of precast elements at site. -Preparing erection schedule based on units to be handed over. -Optimizing Plant & Machinery at site. -Establishing precast facility as per schedule in co-ordination with Construction Methods Planning team. -Handing over of units as per the schedule. -Ensuring erection of precast panels as per standard practices. -Ensuring reconciliation of material as per agreed quantity. -Resolving technical issues in coordination with design team, planning team, CMPC and client’s representative. -Preparing production schedule based on construction schedule. -Interfacing with finishing team to ensure smooth handing over. -Ensuring ACE provision for precast works. -Ensuring stock of precast elements as per the requirement. -Workout logistics, arranging and managing manpower for smooth functioning of yard. -Monitoring safety and quality at yard. -Guiding precast staff, monitoring and ensuring production to achieve target number of precast elements. -Interfacing with MEP & Finishing team for embedment in precast.
