Tasks

Key Responsibilities* Deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs* Diagnose and resolve plumbing and mechanical faults* Carry out Legionella monitoring, flushing, tap temps and associated tasks* Maintain accurate CAFM updates, logbooks and compliance documentation* Support and monitor subcontractors where required* Maintain plant rooms and equipment to a high standard* Participate in the out of hours call out rota

What You Bring

Required Experience and Skills* Strong plumbing background with proven maintenance and fault-finding experience* Good understanding of mechanical building services* Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with clients* Strong awareness of safety and compliance standards* Full driving licence Desirable Qualifications* BTEC Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC* C&G 6188 Level 2 or C&G 7188 Level 3* Competent Person for Mechanical or Pressure Systems* EUSR National Water Hygiene Card About the RoleEquans is looking for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer with a strong plumbing background to support planned and reactive maintenance across sites in Kent.
