Treasury Analyst

Oversee daily treasury tasks, cash position, banking, FX, forecasts and compliance.

Tasks

-Administer company bank accounts, including documentation, signing authority and Know Your Client (KYC) banking requirements -Contribute to cash forecasting, database maintenance, and online banking administration -Act as a company resource on treasury management matters and liaison with banks as required -Identify and assist with the implementation of business processes improvements -Ensure compliance with company policies, practices, procedures -Involvement in wire transfers and foreign exchange transactions -Prepare various monthly/quarterly reports -Monitor and report on daily cash position -Ensure Treasury key controls related to Stantec’s SOX and internal control program are effective and operational

What You Bring

-A minimum of three years experience working in Finance or Treasury -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment -Effective communication skills, including written and oral English language competency -Attention to detail and accuracy -Experience with online corporate banking platforms is preferred -CTP Designation is preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word -Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities and firm deadlines -Business Administration Diploma or an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
