Tasks

-Create and deliver engaging presentations and communications to promote learning initiatives. -Monitor, assess, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; recommend and implement modifications as needed. -Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the learner experience and support organizational development strategies. -Develop and maintain curriculum roadmaps, training guides, and resource libraries. -Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure instructional soundness. -Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures -Select the most appropriate instructional methods, delivery formats, and media (including print, digital, video, and multimedia). -Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies. -Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members or end users as required. -Support the integration of training modules into the organization’s learning management system (LMS). -Partner with HR, leadership, and functional teams to align training with business needs. -Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify training needs and desired outcomes. -Ensure training content meets accessibility and compliance standards. -Design, build, and deploy interactive eLearning courses and training materials using Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and other instructional design applications. -Continuously improve training based on learner feedback and performance outcomes.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field. -Customer/client orientation with ability to partner across teams. -Demonstrated proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and other instructional design/eLearning tools. -2–4 years of professional experience in instructional design, training development, or adult learning. -Strong oral and written communication skills. -Experience with learning management system (Cornerstone) and multimedia authoring software preferred. -Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.
