-Coordinate site visits & schedule meetings for the sales team -Handle incoming/outgoing couriers, documents & inquiries -Assist in serving refreshments during meetings (as required) -Provide preliminary project information and connect customers with the sales team -Support sales & CRM teams in filing, printing, and documentation tasks -Manage front desk operations, attend incoming calls & transfer appropriately -Ensure reception area is tidy, organized & professional at all times -Maintain visitor log and daily walk-in report

🕘 Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate preferred) We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk at our real estate sales office located in Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur. The role involves greeting visitors, handling communication, maintaining visitor records, and assisting the sales & CRM teams with coordination and documentation tasks. -Punctual, polite and disciplined attitude -Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business -Strong presentation, grooming & customer interaction skills -Graduate (any discipline) -Excellent communication – Hindi & English -Basic administrative support for office operations -Good coordination and multitasking ability
