Tasks

-Perform a variety of technical, and administrative tasks using in-house platforms -Prepare case summaries -Compile and track data from documents into document management system -Draft routine pleadings, contracts and agreements -Review business agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents

What You Bring

-Must be currently enrolled in an accredited community college or university paralegal program pursuing a paralegal certification, (Associate of Applied Science) A.A.S. with emphasis in paralegal studies. Recent graduates are not eligible. -GPA of 3.0 or higher -Completed the classes: Legal Research, Civil Litigation, Evidence, and Legal Writing course curriculums -Legal reading/writing content -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Westlaw -Strong attention to detail
