Tasks
-Manages and is accountable for implementation and effectiveness of each site health & safety committee, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting obligations across the platform. -Serves as a Manager to multiple EHS Technicians and EHS Managers at Watts locations. Drives performance and career development. -Coordinates with outside parties, vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable EHS requirements such as OSHA, EPA, state, and local government bodies. -Drives safe practices in alignment with company expectations, policies, and compliance requirements. -Acts as safety representative that directly coordinates with the Corporate VP of EHS to drive standardization. -Plans and executes company-wide training activities related to EHS across the organization. -Drives root cause analysis of EHS issues and communicates with leadership. -Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees. -Facilitates EHS related continuous improvements. -Manages compliance reporting for EHS related programs. -Leading day to day EHS related operations at the Blauvelt, NY, Fort Myers, FL, Fort Worth, TX, Escondido, CA, Lenexa, KS and Centennial, CO locations. -Ensures compliance with safety programs such as Lockout Tagout, fall protection, fire prevention, emergency procedures, and evacuation procedures. -Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by VP, EHS or Company management. -Supports sustainability planning and execution. -Works with the Corporate VP of EHS and platform leadership to develop and implement KPI’s for success.

What You Bring
-Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in a matrix environment. -Direct experience in an EHS management system. -Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodology. -Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods. -Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls. -Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers. -Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. -Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks. -Experience in EHS integration for newly acquired organizations desirable. -10+ years’ experience in EHS management in a fast-paced environment. -Punctuality and dependability. -Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions. -Travel Requirements: 30% - Domestic -Experience with ISO14001 and/or ISO45001 desirable. -Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods. -Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts. -Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including urinalysis and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment. -Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials. -Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment. -Ability to define a vision and strategy for the EHS function, including Sustainability. -Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
